The Nope Books are standalone contemporary romances inspired by the tropes that make short-drama viewers yell at the screen. Each book starts where the usual story asks a woman to endure, explain, and forgive. These women decline. They read the room, trust themselves, and leave with their dignity intact.
And because these are romances, leaving is not the end. It is where the real love story begins.

He refuses to defend her once. That is enough. She is not raising a husband, and his mother is welcome to keep the version she made.
